We advise clients on a broad range of investment transactions, including growth capital investments, minority and control acquisitions, co-investments, strategic investments, buyouts and secondary transactions. Our team works closely with investors and investee companies to structure transactions that balance commercial objectives with effective governance, regulatory compliance and appropriate risk allocation.
Our lawyers advise on every stage of the investment process, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, negotiation and drafting of term sheets, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements and other transaction documents. We also assist clients in obtaining regulatory approvals, implementing investment structures and navigating sector-specific regulatory requirements.
