Divya Prabha Singh

A graduate of the University of Mumbai, Ms. Divya began her legal career under the guidance of a senior advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India, where she worked on a wide range of constitutional, commercial, civil, and regulatory matters. She subsequently established her independent practice and advises companies, financial institutions, promoters, start-ups, professionals, and individual clients on disputes relating to insolvency and bankruptcy, shareholder issues, banking and finance, commercial contracts, real estate, arbitration, and corporate law.

As a Consultant with SKR & Associates, Ms. Divya advises on commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and strategic litigation. Her practice includes formulating litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and legal opinions, and representing clients before courts and tribunals at various stages of proceedings.

Ms. Divya also serves as Panel Counsel with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. She is known for her practical, commercially minded approach and thorough preparation, working closely with clients to deliver effective legal solutions that protect their interests and support their commercial objectives.
