Atul Sheopuri

Mr. Atul’s litigation practice spans across corporate law, consumer law, arbitration, negotiable instruments (including Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act matters), insurance disputes, and general civil litigation. He has represented clients across forums and courts of competent jurisdiction, with particular depth in the enforcement and execution of arbitral awards and court decrees — an area where his strategic guidance has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes for clients.

His expertise in real estate and land laws, particularly in Delhi and Haryana, is well-regarded, covering transactional advisory, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution across commercial and residential developments. In addition to his contentious practice, Mr. Atul has substantial experience in non-contentious work, including drafting and vetting of commercial agreements and legal due diligence across sectors.
